We work to display our products, colors, and prices as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders colors exactly. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for it.
Many of our pieces are produced in limited runs and are sold while supplies last. We may limit quantities per customer or order and may decline or cancel orders at our discretion.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or ship the item. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues; if we cancel after payment, you will be refunded.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required.

The ZOEMAIN name, logo, designs, photography, and all site content are owned by ZOEMAIN and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZOEMAIN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ZOEMAIN operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the "Last updated" date above, is the one that applies.
